Dr. Zebulske was born and raised in the Greater Buffalo, New York area. He has earned his B.A. degree from Baptist Bible College (Clarks Summit, PA), Master of Divinity from Grace Theological Seminary (Winona Lake, IN) and Doctor of Ministry Degree from Westminster Theological Seminary (Glenside, PA).

Dr. Zebulske pastored for nine years in North Manchester, Indiana and served for four years as Associate Professor of Theology at Baptist Bible College and chaired the Pastoral Division. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Baptist Bible College for five years. Dr. Zebulske has pastored in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area for the past 18 years and most recently was the weekly Bible teacher on the UPN television program, "Knowing God Ministries".

He has recently authored a book entitled Real Men Have Integrity, a study in the book of James, which deals with topics such as resistance, faith, the tongue, planning for the future, your word, prayer, and more.
